| Sumario: | This essay aims to recover the experience of an educational exchange carried out within the framework of the university extension project "Guardians of the Reserve". This exchange shows that educational spaces inserted in territories of dispute and advance of extractivism constitute places of resistance and generation of socio-educational practices that recover medicinal and food knowledge, associated with the preservation of biodiversity. From the perspective of the ecology of knowledge (Santos, 2014), we understand that the combination and enhancement of the plurality of epistemologies in school curricula puts pressure on the hegemonic models of production and the relationships with the natural environment. |
