To carry out this task, I focus here on a book by Miquel Bassols: The difference of the sexes does not exist in the unconscious, explicitly written in response to that intervention. As this article is part of a work in progress, the development does not aims to be exhaustive in any way; it is the beginning of a work and I hope to continue. I propose here to point out some elements that the author uses, from the title itself, or from the epigraph, not to dialogue with Preciado's proposals, but to cancel him as an interlocutor. Finally, what I want to show is how a certain psychoanalysis tries to preserve itself by being always the same, which makes it incapable of creatively rethinking its premises and its theorizations. A psychoanalysis that betrays in act what it holds discursively. El artículo es el punto de partida de un proyecto más amplio, en el que me propongo poner en evidencia algunas estrategias retóricas que se desplegaron en la AMP a partir de la intervención de Paul B. Preciado, en las 49ª Jornadas de la Escuela de la Causa Freudiana, Mujeres en psicoanálisis. Para llevar adelante esta tarea, me centro aquí en un libro de Miquel Bassols, La diferencia de los sexos no existe en el inconsciente, escrito explícitamente como respuesta a dicha intervención. Como este artículo es parte de un work in progress, el desarrollo no pretende de ningún modo ser exhaustivo, es el inicio de un recorrido que espero poder continuar. Me propongo aquí señalar algunos elementos que utiliza el autor, desde el mismo título, o desde el epígrafe, no para dialogar con los planteos de Preciado, sino para anularlo como interlocutor. Finalmente, lo que quiero mostrar es cómo cierto psicoanálisis pretende preservarse siendo siempre el mismo, lo que lo vuelve incapaz de replantearse de forma creativa sus premisas y sus teorizaciones. Un psicoanálisis que traiciona en acto lo que sostiene discursivamente.
