The following work deals with a phenomenon that takes place tenaciously within societies from recent times, i.e., Neoliberalism. Such phenomenon is an object of study for different areas of science. In this case, the aim is to approach it according to the theoretical developments of psychology and philosophy. Due to that, the objective is to explore self affections expressed in neoliberal individuals, departing from the premise that they find themselves trapped in a psychological illusion of liberty. This illusion allows the arousal of subjectivation mechanisms in these individuals, through the exercise of responsibilities over their own lives. Not being able to discern this exercise of liberty and what this category implies, it becomes difficult to escape from this illusion. Hence, what is proposed here is to deepen into the neoliberal self affections. Firstly, the subjectifying mechanisms of neoliberal individuals are identified according to the observations made by Aleman, Foucault, Lavaland Dardot. All these authors approach, in different ways, the subjective aspects that are displayed within Neoliberalism. This way, it is understood that subjectivity is produced within certain conditions. Thus, individuals express these extrinsic attributes. Secondly, the Deleuzian individualization theory is explored in order to find differences in the neoliberal individualization, which is object of ample scrutiny all throughout the development of the article. On the one hand, with the Deleuzian contributions, a whole renewed category is developed, posing a relational conception. This implies permanent meetings. On the other hand, the neoliberal individualization expresses the already known atomized and individualistic conception. Thereby, the whole dynamic of meetings is displayed, in which the individuals may be isolated and weakened, or related and strengthened. |

Thereby, the whole dynamic of meetings is displayed, in which the individuals may be isolated and weakened, or related and strengthened.
