description The purpose of the article is to show how the constructive resources of the subject that make up in a community are the basis of the identity of resistance to hegemonies. This objective leads us to ask ourselves the following question: What resources are daily in the life of a human being that allow him to integrate them into a community?            Freudian psychoanalysis allows us to understand that subjects encounter constructive resources, such as artistic and cultural expressions, that make creation possible, through the sublimation of impulses. To understand the capacity of construction that occurs with the subject, it will be described from Freudian psychoanalysis, where it gives us the possibility to define what are the constructive resources of the subjects. Now, one might think that these resources are affordable for some people, as Freudian psychoanalysis suggests, or that these can actually be integrated into the daily life of the community but, here it is intended to take this second path, in which you will seek to define how building resources are integrated into the community. To achieve this, we will try to describe the way culture expands. This position will allow us to understand how subjects, by integrating these resources into the community in which they live, can create new identities that enable them to resist hegemonies. This way, these constructive resources, as proposed by Freud, can be used for their daily problems, thanks to an expanded vision of the culture proposed by Yudice. The author proposes that the arts are no longer restricted to sanctioning by certain groups of culture but these have spread throughout the civic structure and are found in a variety of activities dedicated to the service of the community, far from traditional aesthetic functions. This conception of art led the author to think that culture can expand by becoming part of subjects’ everyday life. Minority groups can now resist the oppressions and marginalizations they suffer daily.            It can be seen that, through these forms of expression, collectives capture in songs their struggles, reflect in murals the oppressions, and build new spaces of resistance to hegemony. Thanks to this, they configure and re-configure life, using these ways of expression to emancipate themselves.
