However, he is not known only for his profession, but for being a player committed to various social issues. Komar is linked to active militancy, however limited to sporadic appearances. In order to focus, organize and plan their militancy, the Igualar Foundation appears. This was created a few months ago and aims to equalize the social opportunities of all people. To do this, they operate in the most vulnerable neighborhoods of Córdoba. They do so through different types of activities that seek to strengthen the community, by resorting to listening and the collective construction of knowledge. Juan Cruz Komar tiene 23 años, es jugador y capitán del plantel profesional del Club Atlético Talleres de Córdoba. Sin embargo, no se lo conoce solo por su profesión, sino por ser un jugador comprometido con diversas problemáticas sociales. Komar está vinculado a una militancia activa, sin embargo, se limita a apariciones esporádicas. Con el fin de centrar, organizar y planificar su militancia, aparece la Fundación Igualar. Esta fue creada hace unos pocos meses y tiene como objetivo igualar las oportunidades sociales de todas las personas. Para ello actúan en los barrios más vulnerables de Córdoba. Lo hacen mediante distintos tipos de actividades que buscan el fortalecimiento de la comunidad, recurriendo a la escucha y la construcción colectiva de saberes.
