| Sumario: | This paper is about in thesis of Heidegger’s that in the epoch of technology in wich we live the annihilation of the thing occurs through the process of its reduction to representation. In order to come to an understanding of this thesis I shall make explicit some moments of Heidegger’s mediation on the origin of this process in occidental metaphysics, on modes of metaphysical letting things be as such and on the happening and epochal character of theses modes. I shall examine, next, the way by which, according to Heidegger, it would posible for man in the epoch of technology to overcome metaphysics and, as a consequence, the scientific-technological annihilation of the thing. Finaly, I shall show that way are dictated by requirements following out of an original ethics different from ethics of practical laws of the Kantian kind. |
