What is gender? Gender, genders, which, which, who, that thing, that, that? Does gender imply an identity? Is gender disordered in dysphoria, disease or disorder? Is it the social norm or the medical scalpel that accommodates the genders and sexualities in each body? We understand gender as a set of norms and power relations associated with a respective binary logic. We know that not all genders are reduced to two options (masculinity and femininity). We can also recognize that sexual options exceed the framework of the hetero and the homosexual, but this broadening of horizons does not occur in the same way in terms of legal recognition. Perhaps the productivity of the concept of gender is based, precisely, not on its closed static condition and its monochord coherence, but on the contrary on its prolific and contradictory multiplicity as an unstable concept of openness and dissemination. This article, filled with fragments and dissimilar quotes, deals with people, subjects, bodies, identities and trans and interex genders read as stigmas of abjection or unfinished forms of humanity in our context, and specifically we propose to preserve a question: What do you do with all this? Who do we effectively include and who do we leave out? Or, in other words, how do we include them and in what way do we do it, perhaps as objects of study, research and profitable analysis, or do we just manage to include them in the formality of the law? |

El género lo entendemos como un conjunto de normas y relaciones de poder asociadas a una respectiva lógica binaria. Sabemos que no todos los géneros se reducen a dos opciones (masculinidad y feminidad) también podemos reconocer que las opciones sexuales exceden el marco de lo hetero y lo homosexual, pero esta ampliación de horizontes no ocurre del mismo modo en los términos del reconocimiento legal. Quizás la productividad del concepto género se sustente, justamente, no en su cerrada condición estática y su coherencia monocorde, sino por el contrario en su prolífica y contradictoria multiplicidad como concepto inestable de apertura y diseminación. El presente artículo, relleno de fragmentos y citas disímiles, trata de personas, sujetos, cuerpos, identidades y géneros trans e interex leídos como estigmas de abyección o formas de humanidad inacabadas en nuestro contexto, y específicamente nos proponemos conservar un interrogante: ¿Qué hace usted con todo esto? ¿Qué personas circulan por las aulas universitarias? ¿A quienes logramos efectivamente incluir y quienes otr@s dejamos afuera? ¿O en otros términos, cómo incluimos y bajo que modalidad lo hacemos, acaso como objetosde estudio, de investigación y de análisis redituables o apenas logramos incluirlos en la formalidad de la ley? O que é o género, o género, o que, quem, isso, isso, isso? O género implica uma identidade? O género é desordenado em disforia, doença ou desordem? É a norma social ou o bisturi médico que acomoda os géneros e as sexualidades em cada corpo? Entendemos o género como um conjunto de normas e relações de poder associadas a uma respectiva lógica binária. Sabemos que nem todos os géneros são reduzidos a duas opções (masculinidade e feminilidade). Podemos também reconhecer que as opções sexuais ultrapassam o quadro do hetero e do homossexual, mas este alargamento de horizontes não ocorre da mesma forma em termos de reconhecimento legal. Talvez a produtividade do conceito de género se baseie, precisamente, não na sua condição estática fechada e na sua coerência monocórdica, mas, pelo contrário, na sua multiplicidade prolífica e contraditória como um conceito instável de abertura e divulgação. Este artigo, cheio de fragmentos e citações diferentes, trata de pessoas, sujeitos, corpos, identidades e géneros trans e interexos lidos como estigmas de abjecção ou formas inacabadas de humanidade no nosso contexto, e especificamente propomos preservar uma questão: O que fazer com tudo isto? Quem incluímos efectivamente e quem deixamos de fora? Ou, por outras palavras, como os incluímos e de que forma o fazemos, talvez como objectos de estudo, investigação e análise lucrativa, ou será que apenas conseguimos incluí-los na formalidade da lei?
