Sumario:The issue of human rights affected by the dictatorship, mobilized through a growing participation of citizens in this democratic period, began to raise the need to see human rights in a broad sense, putting the focus on various rights that are not accessible to all or some of the citizens of this country. Among these are the actions of man on the environment that affect the rights of people who live, work or need the elements of the environment for their lives.
