Among these are the actions of man on the environment that affect the rights of people who live, work or need the elements of the environment for their lives. El tema de los derechos humanos afectados por la dictadura, movilizado a través de una creciente participación de la ciudadanía en este período democrático, empezó a plantear la necesidad de ver a los derechos humanos en un sentido amplio, poniendo el eje en diversos derechos a los que no pueden acceder todos o algunos de los ciudadanos de este país. Entre estos se destacan las acciones del hombre sobre el ambiente que afectan derechos de las personas que viven, trabajan o necesitan de los elementos del ambiente para su vida. A questão dos direitos humanos afectados pela ditadura, mobilizados através de uma participação crescente dos cidadãos neste período democrático, começou a levantar a necessidade de ver os direitos humanos em sentido lato, colocando a tónica em vários direitos que não são acessíveis a todos ou a alguns dos cidadãos deste país. Entre estas estão as acções do homem no ambiente que afectam os direitos das pessoas que vivem, trabalham ou necessitam dos elementos do ambiente para as suas vidas.
