Entre los derechos humanos, el derecho a la alimentación es uno de los básicos, que a su vez incluye los derechos a proteger del hambre, a tener una alimentación adecuada y a la seguridad alimentaria. Este derecho está incluido en la Constitución Nacional Argentina en el artículo 75 inciso 22, que incorporado en la reforma constitucional de 1994 y enunciado en la Declaración Universal de Derechos Humanosde 1948, en su artículo 25. Entre os direitos humanos, o direito à alimentação é um dos direitos básicos, que, por sua vez, inclui o direito à ausência de fome, a uma alimentação adequada e à segurança alimentar. Este direito está incluído no artigo 75º, nº 22, da Constituição Nacional Argentina, que foi incorporado na reforma constitucional de 1994 e estabelecido no artigo 25º da Declaração Universal dos Direitos Humanos de 1948.
