To achieve the proposed objective, an observational, correlational, cross-sectional, prospective study was carried out. A random, simple sample of 91 teachers was taken, to whom a Dilemma Questionnaire about validated teaching and learning was given. The data was processed through the IBM-SPSS, v25, software; a univariate and a bivariate analysis were carried out. To ascertain the existence of association between the predictive variable and the teachers’ notions, the Chi-squared test, the Cramer’s V coefficient and corrected residue analysis with a level of p<0,05 were carried out. In virtue of the results it is concluded in a global manner that, as for the notions of teaching, the Interpretive and Constructivist Theories were predominant; however, the relationship became inverted when dealing with what and how to evaluate. No evidence of statistical significance was found when comparing the notions tothe qualification of teachers.

El objetivo principal de este estudio fue analizar la relación entre las concepciones sobre la enseñanza y la capacitación de los docentes de la carrera de Licenciatura en Enfermería de la UNR, durante al año 2021. Esta investigación se fundamenta en el  enfoque de las teorías implícitas acerca de la enseñanza propuesto por Pozo y otros (2006). Para alcanzar el objetivo propuesto se realizó un estudio observacional, correlacional, transversal y prospectivo, para lo cual se tomó una muestra simple al azar de 91 docentes a los que se les aplicó un Cuestionario de Dilemas sobre la enseñanza y el aprendizaje, validado. Los datos fueron procesados con el software IBM-SPSS, v25, se realizó un análisis univariante y bivariante. Para determinar la existencia de asociación entre la variable predictiva y las concepciones de los docentes se utilizó la prueba Chi Cuadrada de Pearson, coeficiente V de Cramér y análisis de residuos corregidos con un nivel de significación p<0,05. En función de los resultados se concluye que de manera global en las concepciones sobre la enseñanza predominaron la Teoría Constructivista e Interpretativa, sin embargo, la relación se invirtió al momento de pensar qué y cómo evaluar. No se hallaron evidencias de significación estadística al comparar las concepciones según la capacitación de los docentes O principal objetivo deste estudo foi analisar a relação entre as concepções sobre o ensino e a formação dos docentes da carreira de Bacharel em Enfermagem da UNR, durante o ano de 2021. Esta pesquisa tem como base a abordagem das teorias implícitas sobre o ensino propostas por Pozo e outros (2006). Para atingir o objetivo proposto, foi realizado um estudo observacional, correlacional, transversal e prospectivo, para o qual foi retirada uma amostra aleatória simples de 91 professores aos quais foi aplicado um Questionário de Dilemas sobre ensino e aprendizagem validado. Os dados foram processados com o software IBM-SPSS, v25, foi realizada uma análise univariada e bivariada. Para determinar a existência de associação entre a variável preditiva e as concepções dos professores, foram utilizados o teste Quiquadrado de Pearson, coeficiente V de Cramér e análise de resíduos corrigidos com nível de significância p<0,05. Com base nos resultados, conclui-se que no geral nas concepções de ensino predominou a Teoria Construtivista e Interpretativa, porém, a relação se inverteu ao pensar o que e como avaliar. Não foram encontradas evidências de significância estatística ao comparar as concepções segundo a formação docente.
