The National Executive Power established the confinement called ASPO(Social, Preventive and Mandatory Isolation) forcing to carry out pedagogical and social transformations that generated important changes in the educational context and ways of life in which the use of new technologies prevailed; physical spaces were replaced by virtual spaces; telematics became the main communication and information channel, teleworking and tele education were generated. The objective was to analyze the forms of adaptation to the teaching and learning process in relation to the course taken in virtual modality in students of the subject Adult and Elderly Nursing, during the period of social, preventive and compulsory isolation in the year 2020. Methodology: Study descriptive and cross-sectional, the student subjects were from the subject Adult and Elderly Nursing, the primary source; online structured survey technique. Results: 96.2% were able to adapt to the teaching and learning process in virtuality, presenting difficulties in the physical and pedagogical dimensions, such as technological resources and connectivity. Emphasizing the teaching predisposition in the exams, dictation of classes and tutorials. Discussion: The students accessed virtual teaching through mobile devices and sometimes, they did not have access. According to Diker (2021), less than half of households have Internet access with good signal quality and three out of ten do not have a fixed connection. The material was adequate, and despite the difficulties they were able to adapt to the platforms and the exams. According to what Chiecher, Donolo and Rinaudo (2008) expose, they indicate that it does not seem the same to organize in time to attend face-to-face classes set on certain days and times, than to do it to follow a distance course, in this sense, the moments of connection to the network are more freely determined by the student. Conclusions: The students achieved a good adaptation to the pedagogical, however, they presented difficulties in physical aspects in the access and availability of technological equipment. |

El Poder Ejecutivo Nacional, estableció el confinamiento denominado ASPO (Aislamiento Social, Preventivo y Obligatorio) forzando la realización de transformaciones pedagógicas y sociales que generaron importantes cambios en el contexto educativo y modos de vida en los que primó el uso de las nuevas tecnologías; los espacios físicos fueron reemplazados por espacios virtuales; la telemática se convirtió en el principal canal de comunicación e información, se generó el teletrabajo y la teleeducación. El objetivo fue analizar las formas de adaptación al proceso enseñanza y aprendizaje en relación con el cursado en modalidad virtual en estudiantes de la asignatura Enfermería del Adulto y el Anciano, durante el período de aislamiento social, preventivo y obligatorio en el año 2020. Metodología: Estudio descriptivo y transversal; los sujetos estudiantes fueron de la asignatura Enfermería del Adulto y del Anciano; la fuente primaria; técnica: encuesta estructurada online. Resultados: el 96,2% pudo adaptarse al proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje en la virtualidad, presentándose dificultades, en las dimensiones físicas y pedagógicas, tales como recursos tecnológicos y conectividad. Destacando la predisposición docente en los exámenes, dictado de clases y tutorías. Discusión: El alumnado accedió a la enseñanza virtual a través de dispositivos móviles y en ocasiones, no contaban con accesos. Según Diker (2021), menos de la mitad de los hogares tienen acceso a Internet de buena calidad en la señal y tres de cada diez no tiene conexión fija. El material fue adecuado, y a pesar de las dificultades pudieron adaptarse a las plataformas y a los exámenes. Según, lo que exponen Chiecher, Donolo y Rinaudo (2008) indican que no parece igual organizarse en el tiempo para asistir a clases presenciales fijadas en determinados días y horarios, que hacerlo para seguir un curso a distancia, en este sentido, los momentos de conexión a la red son determinados con mayor libertad por el alumno. Conclusiones: Los estudiantes lograron una buena adaptación a lo pedagógico, sin embargo, presentaron dificultades en aspectos físicos en el acceso y disponibilidad del equipamiento tecnológico. O objetivo foi analisar as formas de adaptação ao processo de ensino e aprendizagem em relação ao curso realizado na modalidade virtual em alunos da disciplina Enfermagem de Adultos e Idosos, durante o período de isolamento social, preventivo e obrigatório no ano de 2020. Metodologia: Estudo descritivo e transversal, os sujeitos discentes eram da disciplina Enfermagem do Adulto e Idoso, fonte primária; técnica de pesquisa estruturada online. Resultados: 96,2% conseguiram se adaptar ao processo de ensino e aprendizagem na virtualidade, apresentando dificuldades nas dimensões física epedagógica, como recursos tecnológicos e conectividade. Enfatizando a predisposição docente nos exames, ditado de aulas e tutoriais. Discussão: Os alunos acessaram o ensino virtual por meio de dispositivos móveis e, às vezes, não tiveram acesso. Segundo Diker (2021), menos de metade dos lares tem acesso à Internet com boa qualidade de sinal e três em cada dez não têm ligação fixa. O material era adequado e, apesar das dificuldades, eles conseguiram se adaptar às plataformas e aos exames. De acordo com o que Chiecher, Donolo e Rinaudo (2008) expõem, eles indicam que não parece o mesmo organizar o tempo para assistir às aulas presenciais marcadas em dias e horários determinados, do que fazê-lo para seguir um curso a distância, nesse sentido, os momentos de conexão à rede são determinados mais livremente pelo aluno.Conclusões: Os alunos obtiveram uma boa adaptação ao pedagógico, porém, apresentaram dificuldades nos aspectos físicos no acesso e disponibilidade de equipamentos tecnológicos.
