Sumario:ABSTRACTNursing staff develop their working lives in different areas or services of the institution and carry out a professional career, but the pre-retirement stage does not include specific activities for staff. For this reason, through this project, the objective of “contributing to the process of development of people and the organization in the final stage of working life, in the Nursing Department of the Private University Hospital of Córdoba in the year 2019” was set. The final purpose of the activities was the design of a Pre retirement Program for the nurses of the aforementioned organization. The modality to carry out the work was the planning of work meetings for a group of nine people, six nursing graduates and three nurses , who perform at the leadership level within the organization. The results obtained were the collaborative design of a program for personnel in the pre-retirement stage.
