For this reason, through this project, the objective of “contributing to the process of development of people and the organization in the final stage of working life, in the Nursing Department of the Private University Hospital of Córdoba in the year 2019” was set. The final purpose of the activities was the design of a Pre retirement Program for the nurses of the aforementioned organization. The modality to carry out the work was the planning of work meetings for a group of nine people, six nursing graduates and three nurses , who perform at the leadership level within the organization. The results obtained were the collaborative design of a program for personnel in the pre-retirement stage. RESUMENEl personal de enfermería desarrolla su vida laboral en diferentes áreas o servicios de la institución y lleva adelante una carrera profesional, pero la etapa pre jubilatoria no contempla actividades específicas para el personal. Por ello, mediante este proyecto se planteó el objetivo de “contribuir al proceso de desarrollo de las personas y la organización en la etapa final de la vida laboral, en el Departamento de Enfermería del Hospital Privado Universitario de Córdoba en el año 2019”. El propósito final de las actividades fue el diseño de un Programa Pre jubilatorio destinado a los enfermeros de la organización antes nombrada. La modalidad para realizar el trabajo fue la planificación de encuentros de trabajo para un grupo de nueve personas, seis licenciados en enfermería y tres enfermeros, que se desempeñan a nivel de la conducción dentro de la organización. Los resultados obtenidos fueron el diseño de manera colaborativa de un programa destinado al personal en etapa prejubilatoria.   RESUMOO pessoal de enfermagem desenvolve a sua vida laboral nas diferentes áreas ou serviços da instituição e exerce uma carreira profissional, mas a fase de pré-reforma não inclui atividades específicas para o pessoal. Por este motivo, através deste projeto, foi definido o objetivo de “contribuir para o processo de desenvolvimento das pessoas e da organização na fase final da vida laboral, no Departamento de Enfermagem do Hospital Universitário Privado de Córdoba no ano de 2019”. O objetivo final das atividades foi a elaboração de um Programa de Pré aposentadoria para os enfermeiros da referida organização. A modalidade de execução dostrabalhos foi o planejamento de reuniões de trabalho para um grupo de nove pessoas, sendo seis graduados em enfermagem e três enfermeiras, que atuam no nível de liderança dentro da organização. Os resultados obtidos foram o desenho colaborativo dum programa para pessoal em fase de pré-aposentadoria.
