The Nursing School who belongs to the School of Medical Sciences of the National University of Córdoba fulfils these same functions, while it is the University Extension Department the onewhich allows the students’ connection with the community, where students take care of and answer to its demands, share knowledge, offer feedback among themselves, foster preventive behaviors and reduce the potential risks of certain situations or unforeseen events. The objective was to determine the perception of the Nursing School students (School of Medical Sciences of the National University of Córdoba)who participated in University Extension activities at special Schools in 2019. Methodology: The study was retrospective, descriptive and cross-sectional, population: Nursing Licenciate Course students who participated in Extension activities at special schools. The instrument was the online self-administered survey “The Scale of Attitudes toward Disabled Persons.” Results: 23 students who were between 28 and 31 years of age participated in these activities, which equals 31 %. 78 % of women were in their third year of studies and (34 %) and 7 women were in their second year (31 %). The feelings they experienced more frequently were fear, anxiety and uncertainty. When giving value to the skills and limitations of special students, the 87 % consider that disabled persons are not less intelligent and that they recognize their own rights and have a positive attitude and good self-concept. Conclusion: The nursing students have attitudes towards disability that are based on acceptance and respect towards the individual differences of each person as it is an inherent condition of human nature.

Introducción: la Universidad como “Institución social” tiene funciones de docencia, investigación y extensión Bogado y Fedoruk (2007). La Escuela de Enfermería dependiente de la Facultad de Ciencias Médicas de la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, cumple estas mismas funciones, siendo la Extensión Universitaria la que permite una vinculación de los estudiantes con la comunidad, atendiendo y respondiendo a sus demandas, compartiendo saberes, retroalimentándose, fomentando conductas de prevención y disminuyendo riesgos potenciales ante determinadas situaciones e imprevistos. El objetivo fue determinar las percepciones de los estudiantes de la Escuela de Enfermería FCM UNC, que participaron en la realización de actividades de Extensión Universitaria en Escuelas Especiales en 2019. Metodología: estudio retrospectivo, descriptivo y transversal, población estudiantes de la Licenciatura de Enfermería que participaron en las actividades de Extensión en escuelas especiales. El instrumento fue encuesta autoadministrada online denominada “Escala de Actitudes hacia las Personas con Discapacidad”. Resultados: 23 estudiantes participaron en actividades, en la franja etaria de 28 a 31 años que equivale al 31%. El 78% mujeres, cursando el 3º año de la carrera (34%) y 7 el 2º año (31). Respecto de los sentimientos más frecuentes que tuvieron fue miedo, ansiedad e incertidumbre. Al valorar las capacidades y limitaciones de los alumnos especiales, el 87% consideran que las personas con discapacidad no son menos inteligentes, reconocen sus derechos, poseen una actitud positiva y un buen autoconcepto. Conclusiones: Los estudiantes de enfermería poseen actitudes ante la discapacidad que se sustentan en la aceptación y el respeto de las diferencias individuales de cada persona diferente, como condición inherente a la naturaleza humana. A Escola de Enfermagem dependente da Faculdade de Ciências Médicas da Universidade Nacional de Córdoba, cumpre estas mesmas funções, sendo a Extensão Universitária aquela que permite a ligação dos alunos com a comunidade, atendendoe respondendo às suas demandas, partilhando conhecimentos, fornecer feedback, promovendo comportamentos de prevenção e reduzindo potenciais riscos em determinadas situações e imprevistos. O objetivo foi conhecer as percepções dos Alunos da Escola de Enfermagem da FCM UNC, que participaram da realização de Atividades de Extensão Universitária emEscolas especiais em 2019. Metodologia: estudo retrospectivo, descritivo e transversal, população de alunos do Curso de Enfermagem que participaram das atividades de Extensão em escolas especiais. O instrumento foi uma pesquisa online autoaplicável, denominada “Escala de Atitudes em relação às Pessoas com Deficiência”. Resultados: participaram das atividades 23 alunos, na faixa etária de 28 a 31 anos, o que equivale a 31%. 78% mulheres, cursando o 3º ano do curso (34%) e 7 o 2º ano (31). Os sentimentos mais frequentes que tiveram foram medo, ansiedade e incerteza. Ao avaliar as capacidades e limitações dos alunos especiais, 87% consideram que as pessoas com deficiência não são menos inteligentes, reconhecem os seus direitos, têm uma atitude positiva e um bom autoconceito. Conclusões: Os estudantes de enfermagem têm atitudes em relação à deficiência que se baseiam na aceitação e no respeito às diferenças individuais de cada pessoa, como condição inerente à natureza humana.
