Sumario:Introduction The Human Resources area of any kind of organization plays an important role in achieving the organization’s objectives. Thus, the organization’s needs must be compatible with the Human Resources’ to achieve a beneficial integration for both parties. Induction must be conducted in all activities related to these parties. Since no related projects were found, the present intervention project was aimed at developing an induction tool for newcomer nurse staff belonging to the Primary Health Care Department (D.A.P.S. in Spanish) from March 2019 onwards. The work method consisted in proposing study teams. To develop this induction program, special attention was paid to D.A.P.S zone 6 nurses, whose participation and contributions nurtured it. As a result, an adaptation and orientation program for the newcomer nurse was successfully developed.
