The technique implemented was asurvey in its form of self-administered and anonymous form. The instrument is a semi-structuredquestionnaire. Results socio-demographic characteristics, 55% were women, the prevailingage was 31 to 40 years in 37%; followed from 41 to 50 years by 30%; 25% between 21 and30 years old and 8% between 51 and 60 years old, married / or 42% marital status, single / or33%, in stable union 15% and divorced / or 10%. The level of training 80% were ProfessionalTechnicians and 20% Graduates. The dimensions emerged in the nutritional state that 73%did not carry out the recommended daily intakes and the remaining 27% did. The physicalactivity 55% carried out exercises and 45% did not. During rest and sleep, 73% did not sleepthe necessary hours between 7 and 8 hours; only 27% reached this recommendation. Recreationand leisure, 70% never developed and 22.5% rarely did. Conclusions multiple employment ormoonlighting potentially affects the physical and psychological health of nurses, even moreso when it is sustained over time, it will be necessary to delve into the reasons and long-termeffects on the health of this population of health professionals.

Introducción los profesionales del arte de curar que realizan trabajos de largas jornadas,puede verse muy afectada su salud, no solo en el aspecto físico, sino en diferentes áreas,como la emocional y espiritual. El objetivo fue determinar las consecuencias que produceel pluriempleo en la salud de los enfermeros del Hospital Dr. Arturo Oñativia de la ciudad deSalta, durante el primer trimestre del año 2019. Método el estudio fue descriptivo y trasversal,el universo estuvo constituido por enfermeros en situación de pluriempleo, N=40, la fuente dedatos fue primaria. La técnica implementada fue una encuesta en su modalidad de formularioauto administrado y anónimo. El instrumento un cuestionario semi estructurado. Resultadoscaracterísticas socio-demográfica el 55% eran mujeres, la edad preponderante fue de 31 a 40años en un 37%; seguido de 41 a 50 años un 30%; 25% entre 21 y 30 años y 8% entre 51 y60 años, estado civil casada/o 42%, soltera/o 33%, en unión estable 15% y divorciada/o el10%. El nivel de formación 80% eran Técnicos Profesionales y el 20% Licenciadas/os. Lasdimensiones surgieron en el estado nutricional que el 73% no realizaban las ingestas diariasrecomendadas y el 27% restante sí. La actividad física el 55% realizaba ejercicios y el 45% no.En el reposo y sueño 73% no dormía las horas necesarias entre 7 y 8 horas; solo el 27% alcanzoesta recomendación. La recreación y ocio, el 70% nunca desarrollaba y el 22,5% raramente lohacía. Conclusiones el empleo múltiple o pluriempleo afecta potencialmente la salud físicay psicológica de las enfermeras/os, más aún cuando es sostenido a lo largo del tiempo, seránecesario profundizar indagando sobre las razones y los efectos a largo plazo en la salud de estapoblación de profesionales de la salud.
