| Sumario: | The present work is part of a research oriented to the appreciation and analysis of the self-perceptions of the role and work context, of Social School Managers (ECES) in work function within school institutions of the regions of Bío-Bío and Ñuble in Chile. The research focuses on a vision both at the time of the pandemic, and prior to it, seeking to substantiate the collection of related research online, noting the scarce accumulation of research knowledge generated to date in relation to these officials. It is thus intended to contribute to the heritage of the matter, as well as to denote that, although the profile of the position is still in the process of being validated, the ECEs are optimistic about their future employment. |
