From this perspective, the aim is to show that the new generations are modifying their way of reading, writing and expressing themselves, but fundamentally, they are modifying their way of learning. Finally, we will discuss the importancethat the implementation of the Blending Learning modality is acquiring today, which responds to the needs that arise from the student community. En el presente artículo abordaremos inicialmente las problemáticas que surgen en el ámbito educativo de la UPC y como se va reflejando el concepto el cual está siendo redefinido dentro del contexto mundial a lo que denominamos Brecha Digital, haciendo hincapié en la perspectiva de lo generacional. Desde esta mirada se pretende poner de manifiesto que las nuevas generaciones están modificando su forma de leer, escribir y expresarse, pero fundamentalmente está modificando su forma de aprender. Finalmente abordaremos la importancia que está adquiriendo hoy por hoy la implementación de la modalidadBlending Learning, la cual viene a dar respuesta a las necesidades que surgen del colectivo estudiantil. Neste artigo, abordaremos inicialmente os problemas que surgem no campo educacional da UPC e como o conceito está sendo refletido, que está sendo redefinido no contexto global para o que chamamos de Digital Divide, enfatizando a perspectiva da geração. Nessa perspectiva, o objetivo é mostrar que as novas gerações estão modificando sua maneira de ler, escrevere se expressar, mas, fundamentalmente, estão modificando sua maneira de aprender. Por fim, discutiremos a importância que a implementação da modalidade Blending Learning está adquirindo hoje, que responde às necessidades que surgemda comunidade estudantil.
