| Sumario: | This investigation presents the progress about one project denominated “The neoliberal decade in Latin America: the place in graphics media in face of reforms in high education”2 . This work pretends, in explored way, to discover the relevant reforms within the globalization process that have been placed at the end of the 20th century. Their impact in the educative institutions because of the “Ley de Educación Superior” and the medias role in relation to the construction of reality. It is expected to contribute with an investigation based in the data and information interpretation with the objective of help to understand and unravel the politic and academic model where the high Latin 1 -Proyecto aprobado por Resolución de Secyt-UNC, Nº 411/18. 2 -Project approved by Secyt-UNC Resolution, No. 411/18. America education have placed in 90th which come to the present with an important tension. It is about consolidating the investigation practice as a part of academic activity to contibute results, new views and techniques for the future. |
