The direct infectious compromise caused by SARS Cov-2 showed a significantly lower intensity and duration than in the adult population, with mortality limited to children with previous severe health problems. In contrast, a severe bio-socio-emotional impact was observed derived from the loss of childhood social computers: school, eating and rest rituals, and the loss of references to establish hierarchies in the family dynamics of upbringing. The phenomenon of the pandemic and the successive confinements are analyzed as the genesis of maturational disorders and transitory social adaptation. |

El impacto de la pandemia causada por Covid 19 en una población urbana de la ciudad de Córdoba, Argentina, es expuesto en tres períodos diferenciados: el período inicial -de aislamiento social y obligatorio absoluto con escolaridad virtual, el siguiente -de confinamiento parcial con escolaridad semi-presencial- y un tercer período con actividades abiertas y escolaridad presencial. El compromiso infeccioso directo causado por SARS Cov-2 mostró una significativa menor intensidad y duración que en la población adulta, con mortalidad limitada a niños con severos problemas de salud previo. En contraste, se observó un severo impacto bio-socio-emocional derivado de la pérdida de ordenadores sociales de la infancia: la escuela, los rituales de alimentación y de descanso y la pérdida de referencias para establecer jerarquías en la dinámica familiar de crianza. Se analiza el fenómeno de la pandemia y los sucesivos confinamientos como génesis de trastornos madurativos y de adaptación social transitorios. O impacto da pandemia causada pelo Covid 19 em uma população urbana da cidade de Córdoba, Argentina, é exposto em três períodos distintos: o período inicial -de isolamento social absoluto e obrigatório com escolarização virtual-, o seguinte -de confinamento parcial com ensino semipresencial- e um terceiro período com atividades abertas e ensino presencial. O comprometimento infeccioso direto causado pelo SARS Cov-2 apresentou intensidade e duração significativamente menores do que na população adulta, com mortalidade limitada a crianças com problemas de saúde graves anteriores. Em contraste, observou-se um forte impacto biossocioemocional decorrente da perda dos computadores sociais da infância: escola, alimentação e rituais de descanso, e da perda de referências para estabelecer hierarquias na dinâmica familiar de criação. O fenómeno da pandemia e os sucessivos confinamentos são analisados como génese de perturbações maturacionais e de adaptação social transitória.
