description The coined term conceptualized as Immunoliteracy based on Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI) will be exposed. The biopsychoeducation program will be presented, using the concept of immunoliteracy, through which, using the new communication tools offered by  technology it was possible to provide qualified scientific information and tools to more than 100,000 people from 75 countries, since the start of the pandemic in March 2020. Immunological aspects related to the pandemic caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus will be discussed, as well as its consequences on global mental health that still persists. Emphasis will be placed on two tools: the immunocompetent personality test and two guided imagery exercises that were made available to people, named: the immunological adventure and the immunological adventure against COVID-19. The validity of the immunoliteracy program will be discussed as a feasible, scientifically valid, and responsible alternative for the benefit of people's health, in the current circumstances.

Se expondrá la conceptualización de la Inmunoalfabetización (IA) basada en la Psiconeuroinmunología (PNI). Se presentará el programa de biopsicoeducación, usando el concepto de IA, mediante el cual, utilizando las nuevas herramientas de comunicación que brinda la tecnología, fue posible  proporcionar información científica de calidad y herramientas  a  más de 100.000 personas de 75 países, desde el inicio de la pandemia en marzo del 2020.  Se discutirán aspectos inmunológicos relacionados con la pandemia causada por el virus SARS-coV-2, así como sus consecuencias para la salud mental global que todavía perdura. Se hará énfasis en dos herramientas: la prueba de personalidad inmunocompetente y dos ejercicios de imaginación guiada que se pusieron a la disposición de las personas: la aventura inmunológica y la aventura inmunológica contra la COVID-19.  Se discutirá la validez del programa de inmunoalfabetización como una alternativa factible, científicamente válida y responsable en beneficio de la salud de las personas, en las actuales circunstancias.   Será apresentada a conceituação de Imunoalfabetização (IA) baseada na Psiconeuroimunologia (PNI). Será apresentado o programa de biopsicoeducação, utilizando o conceito de IA, através do qual, utilizando as novas ferramentas de comunicação proporcionadas pela tecnologia, foi possível fornecer informação e ferramentas científicas de qualidade a mais de 100.000 pessoas de 75 países, desde o início do pandemia em março de 2020. Serão discutidos aspectos imunológicos relacionados à pandemia causada pelo vírus SARS-CoV-2, bem como suas consequências para a saúde mental global que ainda perdura. A ênfase será colocada em duas ferramentas: o teste de personalidade imunocompetente e dois exercícios de imaginação guiada que foram disponibilizados às pessoas: a aventura imunológica e a aventura imunológica contra o COVID-19.
