El objetivo de este trabajo es mostrar la labor de recuperación del Archivo Histórico de la Universidad Pedagógica Nacional-Hidalgo, con información relativa a la historia de la institución, la cual se ha dado desde su fundación hasta nuestros días, se hace énfasis en la construcción del archivo y en las secciones que la constituyen y el interés por constituir un fondo que pueda ser consultado por investigadores de la historia de la educación.
