At the same time, the labor union and its role in creating a political religion based on the use of a Christian vocabulary to define the political role of Evita. This article aims to reconstruct and analyze the influence of the CGT on the political leadership of Evita; the political competition with Perón and with other members of the Peronism. Eva Perón construyó su poder político sobre pilares institucionales muy precisos: el Partido Peronista Femenino y la Fundación Eva Perón. A esto se sumó su relación simbiótica con la Confederación General de Trabajo que desde un inicio estimuló la construcción de su poder político con claros beneficios para ambas partes. A su vez, se considera la contribución de la central obrera en la creación de una religión política a partir de la utilización de un vocabulario cristiano para definir el papel político de Evita. El objetivo de esta investigación es reconstruir y analizar la influencia de la CGT en el armado político de Evita; la competencia política con Perón y con otros sectores del peronismo.
