| Sumario: | After the celebration of the VII Congress of the IC, Georgi Dimitrov makes an important critic of the general guidelines of the ultra-left orientation assumed in 1928. In its place, he promotes the immediate concentration of communism into negotiations with the others progressive forces in order to create popular fronts able to struggle against the reactionary advanced post. In the report presented here, the new orientation is put into discussion within the specific structure of Argentina. Critic materialism should lead the elaboration of the new action program. The relations between PCA and USSR will assume, in this opportunity, the form of a virtual inter-dependency. |
