Such source encompasses not only the peronist period but also later ones. We refer to case bound judgments which were filed in the different Labour Courts in Buenos Aires since its foundation in 1947 up to the present. Even tough, as any other source, it is biased and it requires a meticulous critical view; this source can through light on various aspects of the social and state framework from a different perspective. This source is revealed as one of priceless quality for those concerned about rescuing the unheard voices in history. En el presente artículo nos ocuparemos de presentar los rasgos más destacados de un tipo de fuente judicial que aún hoy es inusual en el ámbito historiográfico que se detiene tanto en el período peronista como en los procesos posteriores. Nos referimos al universo de sentencias encuadernadas y archivadas en los distintos Tribunales del Trabajo de la provincia de Buenos Aires, desde su creación en 1947 hasta hoy día. Aunque, como toda fuente, no está libre de sesgos y requiere de un minucioso trabajo de crítica y balizamiento, potencialmente tiene la capacidad de iluminar, desde otro ángulo, distintos aspectos del entramado societal y estatal. En particular se revela como una fuente de inestimable valor para aquellos/as historiadores/as preocupados/as por rescatar las voces bajas de la historia.
