This systematization attempts to generate knowledge and reflections from the practice itself, and to redirect it to enriching it, on the basis of the analysis of a concrete, situated and historicized reality. For this, this work analyzes what has occurred during the teaching proposal, it involves the recovery of the final papers presented by the students, their own evaluations of the process done and the contributions of the teacher's perspective. Several interlocking processes were identified and separated from each other to make them visible and to analyze them in a focused way, but at the same time, understanding them as integrated aspects in a complexity that are impossible to be reduced, simplified or separated. To look at the other, to look at oneself and at ourselves, to recognize and name, to ask and question, to reflect and connect, and finally, to propose in order to transform, were the nuclei that were constituted in the process of the problematization of the topic. Este artículo socializa la sistematización de una experiencia educativa que, en el marco de la formación docente de Educación Física, aborda la discriminación por género en juegos, deportes y otras prácticas corporales. Esta sistematización intenta generar saberes y reflexiones desde la práctica, a partir del análisis de una realidad concreta, situada e historizada. Para ello, se analiza lo acontecido en una propuesta didáctica, los trabajos finales presentados por l@s estudiantes y la evaluación que realizaron sobre el proceso protagonizado por cada un@, así como el aporte de la perspectiva de la docente. Se identificaron varios procesos entramados que se fueron desprendiendo unos de otros para visibilizarlos y analizarlos de manera focalizada, pero comprendiendo que son aspectos integrados en una complejidad imposible de reducir, simplificar o separar. Mirar lo otro, mirarse y mirarnos, reconocer y nombrar, preguntar y cuestionar, reflexionar y conectar, y finalmente, proponer para transformar fueron los hilos de la trama que constituyeron el foco de análisis.
