A pedagogical experience is reconstructed through interviews with the Management Team; teachers and the Institutional Coordinator of Student Policies of the institution; who recognized that femicide marked a before and after in institutional history. Due to the pedagogical value, this text delves into the institutional devices to strengthen Comprehensive Sexual Education (ESI) with the approach of gender violence, through an accompaniment network for students in situations of gender violence and with the creation of a teaching group that promoted the incorporation of ESI content in the institute's curricular proposal, particularly in the entrance Seminar: The trade of teaching. This experience unfolded in a particular context with conflicts, encounters, ambiguities and contradictions typical of an educational space habited by multiple and diverse pedagogical-political positions and gives us key ideas to think about institutional ESI projects and the exercise of rights. El presente artículo, producido para el Área de Investigación de la Dirección General de Educación Superior de la Provincia de Córdoba, recupera el proceso institucional desarrollado por un Instituto de Formación Docente para el abordaje de la violencia de género a raíz del femicidio de una estudiante. Se reconstruye una experiencia pedagógica a través de entrevistas realizadas al equipo de gestión, a docentes y al Coordinador Institucional de Políticas Estudiantiles, quienes reconocieron que el femicidio marcó un antes y un después en la historia institucional. Por el valor pedagógico, en este texto, se profundiza en los dispositivos institucionales para el abordaje de la violencia de género a través de una red de acompañamiento para estudiantes en situación de violencia de género y la creación de un grupo docente que impulsó la incorporación de contenidos de ESI en la propuesta curricular del instituto, en particular en el seminario de ingreso El oficio de enseñar. Esta experiencia se desplegó en un contexto particular con conflictos, encuentros, ambigüedades y contradicciones propias de un espacio educativo habitado por múltiples y diversos posicionamientos pedagógico-políticos, y nos aporta ideas claves para pensar en proyectos institucionales de ESI y el ejercicio de los derechos.
