| Sumario: | This is part of the progress of the consolidated research project PROICO 15-1020 in relation to the execution of environmental policies formulated in regulations at the national level and their expression in the province of San Luis, with special emphasis on protection policies and preservation of biodiversity. Among the objectives of the project is the identification and analysis of national environmental policies regarding the protection of natural resources (parks, reserves, protected areas) and intergovernmental conflicts. In this sense, the objective of this work is to describe and analyze the different forms of protection, existing and in force, on natural resources and systems in legal figures, ranging from national parks to municipal reserves, with particular situations facing different superimposed protective regulatory plans. It can be seen how protection policies are formulated to achieve some sustainable development goals. |
