Alonzo, Dalma Liz Pérez Cubero, María Eugenia protección preservación sistema naturales políticas ambientales protection preservation natural systems environmental policies This is part of the progress of the consolidated research project PROICO 15-1020 in relation to the execution of environmental policies formulated in regulations at the national level and their expression in the province of San Luis, with special emphasis on protection policies and preservation of biodiversity. Among the objectives of the project is the identification and analysis of national environmental policies regarding the protection of natural resources (parks, reserves, protected areas) and intergovernmental conflicts. In this sense, the objective of this work is to describe and analyze the different forms of protection, existing and in force, on natural resources and systems in legal figures, ranging from national parks to municipal reserves, with particular situations facing different superimposed protective regulatory plans. It can be seen how protection policies are formulated to achieve some sustainable development goals. El presente se enmarca en los avances del proyecto de investigación consolidado PROICO 15-1020 en relación a la ejecución de las políticas ambientales formuladas en normas a nivel nacional y su expresión en la provincia de San Luis, haciendo especial hincapié en las políticas de protección y preservación de la biodiversidad. Entre los objetivos del proyecto se encuentra la identificación y el análisis de las políticas ambientales nacionales en materia de protección de los recursos naturales (parques, reservas, áreas protegidas). En este sentido, el objetivo del trabajo consiste en describir y analizar las distintas formas de protección, existentes y vigentes, sobre los recursos y sistemas naturales en figuras jurídicas, que van desde los parques nacionales hasta reservas municipales, con situaciones particulares frente a diferentes planos normativos protectorios superpuestos. Se puede observar cómo se formulan las políticas de protección para lograr algunos objetivos de desarrollo sostenible.
