| Sumario: | Lawyers who act in self-composition processes need to demonstrate an attitude and aptitude for strategic mastery in various possibilities for conflict resolution and management. Legitimize themselves as indispensable legal intervention operators in specific and differentiated methods of dispute resolution. Negotiation is the quintessential method to be mastered by a lawyer. The integrative model being a mixed variable that incorporates three types of negotiation - collaborative, distributive, transactional -, understanding that every exchange has competitive as well as cooperative components, for the same reason that there are interests to share collaboratively and interests to distribute that are awarded or distributed through transactional distribution. |
