SOLÁ TORINO, VICTORINO vulnerabilidad clarificación conceptual bien jurídico de preferente tutela estándares de protección reforzada control diferenciado de convencionalidad vulnerability conceptual clarification legal asset of preferential protection reinforced protection standards differentiated control of conventionality The script inquire how the interpretation of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights has contributed to the conceptual construction of vulnerability as a legal asset specially protected in the IAHRS, with the goal of achieving a better understanding of the processes of conventional interpretation and the design of standards of reinforced hedge of rights by virtue of which the exercise of a differentiated control of conventionality is detected. In other words, the main motive of this paper lies in exploring how legal operators can optimize the understanding of vulnerability as a hermeneutic instrument that, made up of specific interpretative functions and techniques, its capable of transforming it into a legal asset deserving of prevailing safeguard. El presente texto indaga cómo la interpretación de la Corte IDH ha contribuido a la construcción conceptual de la vulnerabilidad como un bien jurídico especialmente tutelado en el SIDH, con la meta de alcanzar una mejor comprensión de los procesos de interpretación convencional y el diseño de estándares de protección reforzada de derechos en virtud de los cuales se detecte el ejercicio de un control diferenciado de convencionalidad. O sea, el móvil principal de esta entrega radica en explorar de qué manera los operadores jurídicos pueden optimizar la comprensión de la vulnerabilidad como un instrumento hermenéutico que, conformado de funciones y técnicas interpretativas específicas, resulta susceptible de transformarla en un bien jurídico merecedor de resguardo prevalente.
