| Sumario: | In the present article the author unravels the origins of the political control of constitutionality in Western countries, elucidating at the same time the old but permanent power dispute between citizens.
Thus, she analyzes the concept of power supremacy in its emphasis directly related to the political control of constitutionality; and the evolution of political systems by comparing the original functioning of the English Parliament with that of the French Parliament.
Finally, it lands in the Americas to compare the political control carried out in the United States with that carried out in Brazil, allowing readers a critical perception about the detention of power and state administration. |
