Thus, she analyzes the concept of power supremacy in its emphasis directly related to the political control of constitutionality; and the evolution of political systems by comparing the original functioning of the English Parliament with that of the French Parliament. Finally, it lands in the Americas to compare the political control carried out in the United States with that carried out in Brazil, allowing readers a critical perception about the detention of power and state administration. En el presente artículo la autora desentraña los orígenes del control político de constitucionalidad en los países occidentales, elucidando paralelamente la antigua y permanente disputa por el poder entre los ciudadanos. Analiza así, el concepto de supremacía de poder en su énfasis directamente relacionada con el control político de constitucionalidad; y la evolución de los sistemas políticos por medio de la comparación del funcionamiento originario del parlamento inglés con la del parlamento francés. Finalmente, aterriza en el continente americano para comparar el control político realizado en los Estados Unidos con aquel control realizado en Brasil, permitiendo a los lectores una percepción crítica sobre la detención del poder y la administración estatal.
