It’s been analyzed the basis of e-mediation in the Constitution, the international treaties of human rights with constitutional hierarchy in Argentinian republic legal system and procedural and local regulation of the Province of Córdoba, Argentina at the period 2018-2022. The e-management of mediation and the e-mediation are analyzed separately in the legal regulation of the Legislative, Executive and Judiciary. Pilot experiences of e-mediation at the Public Center of Mediation and Private Center of Mediation are studied as well as the experience of the Judicial Center of Mediation of the Judiciary of Cordoba. El presente artículo versa sobre la mediación electrónica como un método de la resolución de disputas en línea. Se analizan las bases constitucionales, convencionales, procesales y normativa local de la Provincia de Córdoba, República Argentina, con particular referencia al período 2018-2022. Se analiza tanto la gestión electrónica del procedimiento de mediación cuanto el proceso de mediación electrónica en la normativa originada en el Poder Legislativo, Ejecutivo y Judicial. Se analizan las experiencias piloto desarrolladas en el ámbito del Centro Público de Mediación del Poder Ejecutivo, Centros Privados de Mediación y, por otro lado, del Centro Judicial de Mediación del Poder Judicial de la Provincia de Córdoba.
