We now incorporate the vision and approach from the Theories of Conflict and Decision to come together in the impact that such conceptions have on the solution methods, which we call overcoming conflicts. La autocomposición compresiva de modos y métodos de solución de conflictos y la conciliación como un medio de realización de aquella, fueron profundizadas a principios del siglo XX siendo aquella doctrina procesal revisada y actualizada por juristas argentinos a fines del mismo y comienzos del siglo XXI. Incorporamos ahora la visión y enfoque desde las Teorías del Conflicto y de la Decisión para confluir en el impacto que tales concepciones tienen en los métodos de solución, que llamamos de superación de conflictos.
