The problematic characteristics of the current procedure related to the new Law 10,618 of “Simplification and Modernization of the Administration” are analyzed. In this context, the relevance of Chapter I and II, of this modern regulation in the provincial rule of law, its interpretation and application, is considered. Finally, the inclusion of good practices that strengthen the “service spirit of the Administration” is postulated. Se presenta una reflexión sobre los principios en el derecho y su conexión con aquellos que inspiran la legislación de Córdoba en relación al procedimiento administrativo. Se analizan las problemáticas características del procedimiento actual relacionadas con la nueva Ley 10.618 de “Simplificación y Modernización de la Administración”. En ese contexto se considera la relevancia del Capítulo I y II, de ésta moderna normativa en el Estado de Derecho provincial, su interpretación y aplicación. Por último, se postula la inclusión de buenas prácticas que fortalezcan el “espíritu de servicio de la Administración”.
