El artículo analiza la autonomía municipal en la Provincia de Corrientes, estudiando las regulaciones constitucionales y normativas, y los leading case del Tribunal Superior de Justicia provincial. La finalidad de esta investigación es establecer si el diseño institucional en materia municipal cumple con el plexo normativo constitucional nacional, y en su caso conocer si la jurisprudencia provincial logra corregir posibles avasallamientos normativos sobre la autonomía municipal.
