The use of environmental management instruments contained in Law 10,208 of provincial environmental policy, the instruments in use and the possibility of other applications to renewable energies. The main regulations on renewable energies sanctioned in the province and the use of other mechanisms and instruments proposed by the current provincial laws on the subject. El presente artículo se propone describir y analizar las temáticas reguladas sobre fuentes de energías renovables y los alcances de las políticas acerca de la promoción y uso de las energías renovables formuladas en leyes a nivel nacional y en la provincia de Córdoba. La utilización de instrumentos de gestión ambiental contenidos en la ley 10.208 de política ambiental provincial, los instrumentos en uso y la posibilidad de otras aplicaciones a las energías renovables. Las principales normativas sobre energías renovables sancionadas en la provincia y el uso de otros mecanismos e instrumentos que proponen las leyes provinciales vigentes en la temática.
