El presente texto explora la relevancia de la adjudicación constitucional ‑por los tribunales de justicia‑ del derecho a la salud reproductiva a través del análisis del discurso judicial del máximo órgano del sistema judiciario de Córdoba, con énfasis en el impacto del método de interpretación conforme sobre el campo de la teoría general de la interpretación como así también en la trascendencia de las fuentes del Derecho Internacional de los Derechos Humanos dentro de un sistema de protección multinivel de derechos humanos.
