| Sumario: | This work aims to analyze how Córdoba’s High Court of Justice argued in the majority vote of the judgment “Portal de Belén” (2018) to justify the theory of Dynamic Statutory Interpretation. Particularly, our purpose is to assess the scope of that election, as a necessary step in controlling the justification of judicial decisions. Likewise, we will critically analyze the incorporation of amicus curiae figure as an appropriate dialogical justice´s tool to learn the current paradigms and social imaginaries. |
