In this article we propose to open the question about the possibility of telling part of the culture of a decade through t-shirts with mass circulation and conceived as a document of the time, a historical source of undetermined roaming and a materiality that supports an act of enunciation. In this line, the sample space is conceived as an essayistic and performative place that can give us indications of forms of cultural mutation. Understanding the exhibition as a scenario that makes it possible to have different experiences and exchanges based on contact with the public, our goal is for the exhibition to travel, questioning visitors about the nineties and putting question marks on their daily practices. A 40 años del retorno de la democracia en Argentina y en el marco de las actividades desarrolladas por la Municipalidad de Rosario para su conmemoración, desde el Centro de Estudios Latinoamericanos Ernesto Che Guevara (CELCHE) se produjo, junto a la Escuela de Producción y Diseño Textil y el Centro Audiovisual Rosario, la muestra temporal e itinerante Una remera que diga… Cultura popular, democracia y resistencia en la Argentina neoliberal de los noventa. En el presente artículo proponemos abrir el interrogante sobre la posibilidad de contar parte de la cultura de una década a través de remeras de circulación masiva y concebidas como un documento de época, una fuente histórica de itinerancia no determinada y una materialidad que sostiene un acto de enunciación. En esta línea, el espacio muestral es concebido como un lugar ensayístico y performático que nos puede dar indicios de formas de la mutación cultural. Entendiendo a la exposición como un escenario que posibilita tener diferentes experiencias e intercambios a partir del contacto con el público, nuestro objetivo es que la muestra itinere, interpelando a los visitantes sobre la década de los noventa y poniendo signos de interrogación sobre sus prácticas cotidianas.
