En base a los estándares establecidos por la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos: ¿Cuál es el contenido y alcance de los derechos políticos consagrados en el Sistema Interamericano de Derechos Humanos?, ¿Cuál es el contenido y alcance de las obligaciones de los Estados?, ¿Qué acciones u omisiones constituyen una violación de los derechos políticos? Abstract: The relationship and interdependence between political rights, democracy, the rule of law and the protection of human rights has been repeatedly pointed out in the main instruments of the Inter-American Human Rights System and in the pronouncements of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. Based on the standards established by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights: What is the content and scope of the political rights enshrined in the Inter-American Human Rights System? What is the content and scope of the obligations of the States?
