description El objetivo de este trabajo es describir y comparar las normas del Código Civil con las proyectadas en el Proyecto de Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación, 2012; respecto de la responsabilidad por el hecho de las cosas. En este sentido se analizan los artículos del Código Civil, los Proyectos anteriores y los cambios operados en las normas propuestas. La idea central es desarrollar los siguientes interrogantes: 1.-¿qué se mantiene en los enunciados normativos formulados en los artículos 1757 y 1758 del Proyecto, respecto del artículo 1113 del Código Civil?. 2.- ¿qué se agrega?, 3.- ¿qué supuesto no quedaría comprendido?.
