description The article presents an explanation of the criteria laid down in the "Bases and conditions" of the “Operational plan of development and promotion of digital audiovisual content”, in order to contribute to a better formulation of ideas and proposals for projects. It is especially aimed at those interested in submitting projects for the first time and have few experience in this field. However, it is not a manual for filling out forms, since each project is unique and therefore has its own solutions for every aspect of the application. They are suggestions, explanations and illustrations on formal and thematic issues to contemplate on the main requirements for the formulation of the audiovisual project.
