description This paper analyzes the variations between the novel for young adults Simon vs. The homo sapiens agenda by Becky Albertalli (2015), and its film adaptation: Yo soy Simon (original title: Love, Simon) by Greg Berlanti (2018). In the first place, the novel is presented in the context of the Argentinian editions. Then we describe and analyze the four procedures done for the adaptation of the film regarding sexual diversity. In order to analyze these changes, we consider the works by Didier Eribon (2001) and Paula Sibilia (2009). __ ARK: http://id.caicyt.gov.ar/ark:/s22504524/nn2q3kq8x
