description Resumen: Partiendo del estudio de la legislación vigente, abordando los proyectos de reforma, en lo relativo a la actuación de sociedades extranjeras, se advierte un claro interés en su control, con un palmario objetivo de proteger a las economías locales.  Más de su lectura se observa que no se desconoce la necesidad de necesidad de mantener una clara apertura al comercio internacional.  Como en la legislación vigente, se busca un equilibrio que contribuya de modo abierto a la economía nacional.  Lamentablemente, la búsqueda de tal equilibrio, genera la falta de consenso en los alcances de los controles cuyo establecimiento se pretende.  Sin embargo, se observa que los proyectos presentados se encuentran a mitad de camino, ya que ninguno de ellos aborda con claridad la visión empresarial de las sociedades extranjeras. Palabras Clave: Sociedades extranjeras - Economías locales   Abstract: Starting from the study of current legislation, addressing reform projects, in relation to the actions of foreign companies, a clear interest in their control is noted, with the clear objective of protecting local economies. More than its reading it is observed that the need to maintain a clear openness to international trade is not unknown. As in current legislation, a balance is sought that contributes openly to the national economy. Unfortunately, the search for such a balance, generates the lack of consensus on the scope of the controls whose establishment is intended. However, it is noted that the projects presented are halfway, since none of them clearly addresses the business vision of foreign companies. Key Words: Foreign companies - Local economies
