description The topic where the following work is framed wonders about the aesthetic transformations that can be visualized in Tierra de Uno by Manuel J. Castilla, fifth book of poems written between 1947 and 1949 by the Santa poet, to be able to postulate a change in the options that the social agent performs in the field of possibilities, from the socio-semiotic analysis paying fundamental attention to the passional analysis. From the same title of the book we can already find a particular relationship between the poetic self and its scope / landscape that is recognized in the sense of belonging to the self with nature and, therefore, each poem would seem to conjure an element of this land. The poems of Tierra de Uno imply assuming to be part of a culture framed in the circumstances. It is not by being that conditions the world where you can enter into dialogue, but by leaving yourself to know the other. This is how Castilla understood the need to show that culture, from the culture itself. The passions are also social representations that depend on knowledge of beliefs (Charaudeau, 2011), so it is necessary to discuss how Manuel J. Castilla proposes from his poetry the entrance to his knowledge of regional beliefs as a strategy of influence over the enunciatee, causing the want know from the dosage of this new knowledge. The poem “Los coyuyos” will be taken as an example in this case.
