It is a story about the implications of the crisis of meaning production registered in all meaning production. This paper puts the focus on argument structure that guides us to a reading of "La causa justa" as dispute between hermeneutic paradigms among militant positions of some of the central characters in terms of the uses and abuses of language and morality / immorality / extramorality flowing through them. Different philosophies of language ("speech acts theory", deconstruction) pass through the characters involved in discussions of life and death, about the lie, the truth, the joke, the promise, morality and their only common premise: language as writing, as a trace of an unknowable reality. In the story appears a dialectal use, deterritorialising, "minor" of the language, and so, very revolutionary, adhering to the concept of "minor literature" that Gilles Deleuze presents in his study of Kafka. This dialect is also crude and parodic, as the popular motifs on which to build the argentinidad. En La causa Justa, de Osvaldo Lamborghini, nadie es dueño de su discurso: historia de palimpsestos, escritura de escrituras, diseminación del sentido. Una lectura posible es, a nuestro entender, que se trata de un cuento sobre las implicancias de las crisis de sentido inscriptas en toda producción de sentido.Este artículo pone el foco en el nervio argumental que nos orienta hacia una lectura de La Causa Justa como disputa entre paradigmas hermenéuticos, entre posiciones militantes de algunos de los personajes centrales en cuanto a los usos o abusos del lenguaje y la moralidad/inmoralidad/extramoralidad que los atraviesa. Distintas filosofías del lenguaje (“speech acts”, “deconstrucción”) atraviesan a los personajes, involucrados en discusiones de vida o muerte, en torno a la mentira, la verdad, el chiste, la promesa, la moral y su único presupuesto común: el lenguaje como "escritura" en sentido derrideano, como huella de huellas, donde lo real "en sí" sería inaccesible al saber y por lo tanto indecidible.En el relato advertimos un uso dialectal, desterritorializante, "menor" de la lengua, y por eso mismo revolucionario, materializando la concepción de "literatura menor" que Gilles Deleuze presenta en su estudio sobre Kafka. Dicho dialecto tiene también un carácter soez y paródico, como los motivos populares sobre los cuales se construye la argentinidad.
