The development of this study has led to understand that, at the moment, the social representations of the PCI students of these institutions are closely linked to what the media reports, and to the official discourse-aspects that are being connected to students’ own experiences at their schools, as well as to what the families of each of these subjects think or believe. En este trabajo interesa conocer y analizar las representaciones sociales de estudiantes secundarios de dos instituciones educativas de la ciudad de Garupá, Provincia de Misiones, acerca del proceso de inclusión digital que promueve el Estado Nacional a través del Programa Conectar Igualdad (PCI), política de estado que implica el acceso masivo a las TIC desde las escuelas. El desarrollo del estudio ha llevado a entender que por ahora las representaciones sociales sobre el PCI de los estudiantes de las mencionadas instituciones están muy vinculadas a lo que informan los medios de comunicación y al discurso oficial, aspectos que también se van tejiendo con las propias experiencias de los alumnos en sus escuelas, así como a lo que piensa o cree la familia de cada uno de estos sujetos.
